Through on-the-spot investigation, SWTO method based on the development of dairy industry in Shandong province dialysis profoundly analyzed the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed at the development of dairy industry in Shandong province point. Finally, it put forward some measures and policy suggestions to strengthen dairy industry administration, there are: strengthen the government responsibility in dairy industry development; perfect dairy association and bring its role into play; greatly develop intensive rearing to increase dairy industry organization level; speed science and technology progress to increase production technology level; perfect service system and strengthen safeguarding ability; rationally lead the consumption to promote dairy industry to develop healthily; implement famous brand strategy and strengthen spear-head enterprises; optimize industry structure and exploit domestic and international markets. This report investigated for the purpose as follows: the Shandong government industrial management, the scientific research, the dairy products enterprise adjusts the product structure and accurately understanding dairy industry development tendency, to instruct enterprise grasps the market opportunity, makes the correct enterprise localization and the promotion, promotes the Shandong dairy industry development.
