AbstractInthecommercialbankmanagementtheory,safety,liquidityandprofitabilityarethemainprinciplest.Liquidityistheimportantcharacteristics,andthefundamentalofthetwootherprinciples.Theliquidityofthecommercialbanksaffectsthedevelopmentofthebanksandthestabilityofourcountry’sfinancialframework.Finally,itmaymakeasignificantinfluenceonthesafetyofourcountry’seconomy.Basedonthepaneldataof10Chinesecommercialbanksfrom2004to2013,acomprehensivescoreindicatorwasconstructedbyusingthefactoranalysistomeasuretheliquidityofthecommercialbanks.Resultdemonstratesthatcommercialbank’sassetquality,capitalandliabilitystructure,andcapitalratiomakeasignificantinfluenceonthebank’sliquidity.Theliquidityofthecitybanksisbetterthanthestate-ownandmiddlelimitedliabilitybanks.Atthesametime,theliquidityofthecommercialbankspresentsafluctuationrisingtrendfrom2004to2013andtheconditionofthebanks’liquidityhasbeenimproved.Meantime,weanalyzetheinternalandexternalfactorswhichaffecttheliquidityofthecommercialbanks.Weconcluded:first,theinternalfactorsmakeasignificantinfluenceonthecommercialbank’sliquidity;second,GrossDomesticProductisthemainexternalfactor,makinginfluenceonthecommercialbank’sliquidity.Finally,weconcludeandgivetheadvicestotheliquidityofthecommercialbanks.Keywords:CommercialBanks;Liquidity;Factoranalysis;InfluentialFactors目录第一章引言.......................................................................................................................11.1论文选题背景...............................................................................................................11.2研究意义......................................................................................................................21.3文献综述......................................................................................................................31.3.1国外研究动态.....................................................................................................31.3.2国内研究动态..................................................................
