首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文《社会工作介入福利院大龄残疾孤儿就业服务研究》首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文《社会工作介入福利院大龄残疾孤儿就业服务研究》 II II Abstract Based on professional internship in an organization that foster orphans, this paper analyzed the disabled orphan’s employment service through interviews, documentary researches and field studies. This paper also analyzed the current employment situation that disabled orphan are facing nowadays. This paper tries to provide a practical way to solve the difficulties of the disabled orphan’s employment problems. This paper also provides great reference value for social workers to intervene the disabled orphan’s employment service. This paper includes four sections. Section one introduced the research background and then defined the main concepts of disabled orphans. The first section also discussed the meaning of this theme, as well as the relevant theories of social work. The second part mainly analyzed the current employment situation of disabled orphans, the difficulties they encounter and the reason why this happened to them. By introducing S organization’s way of services in disabled orphans’ employment, the third part of the paper discussed the fundamental function of social support and resources integration that social workers are applying in third sector. This section also analyzed the function of the third sector in disabled orphans’ employment service and put’s forward some advices for the government. At last, from the macro, meso and micro levels of three this section discussed the practicability and the route for social work to intervene disabled orphans’ employment service. The fourth part is the summary of the article and some countermeasures that can be taken to provide better employment services for disabled orphans.
