AbstractWithourcountrybuildingawell-offsocietyandthereformofjudicialsystemdevelopingdeeply,thereisasignificantchangeinoursocialstructure.Asaresult,thereareincreasingdemandsfortheprotectionofpeople’sbenefitsandjusticemanagement.Poorconvergenceofjudicialinformationandineffectivecommunicationsstronglyaffectthenormaljudicialactivitiesandpeople’sbenefits.Thereisanincreasingneedforimprovingrelatedlawsandinnovatinginformation-sharingandconvergencelegalsysteminjudicialorgans.Withthepopularizationofcomputertechnologyandthedevelopmentofinformationprocessing,information-sharingisleadingthe“ReinventingGovernment”revolutionaroundtheworld.Atthemeantime,information-sharingisalsostudiedexhaustivelybymanyscholarsasanimportantresearchtopicinthefieldofadministrativelaw.Inthisbackground,thisthesisisconductingaresearchonthe“legalsystem”ofinformation-sharinginjudicialorgans.Firstofall,thisthesisclarifiestherelatedconceptsaboutthe“legalsystem”ofinformation-sharinginjudicialorgans,explainsthepracticalneedsinjudicaturepracticeandanalyzesthepurposeaswellasthemeaningofinformation-sharingmechanismestablishment.Second,thisthesisalsoanalyzesthecurrentsituationofinformation-sharing“legalsystem”establishmentandstatesthemainproblems.Atlast,thisthesisputsforwardsomestrategiessuchasformulatinginformation-sharinglegalsystemaswellasinformation-sharingguidelinesandimprovingtheinformation-sharingsystemandmechanismfromtheangleoflegalsystemandinformation-sharingmechanism.Fromtheperspectiveofthelegalsysteminnovation,thisthesissuggestsformulatingtheinformation-sharing“ConvergenceLaw”injudicialorgansandhasagreatbreakthroughinthefieldofexistingresearch.Thisthesisisalsoinnovative,open,forward-lookingaswellascompatibleinthestudyoflegalsystemandmeetsthenewrequirementsfortheinnovationoflegalsysteminChina.Thisthesishasatheoreticalsignificance,legalvalueandpracticalmeaning.IIKeywords:JudicialOrgans;Information-sharing;LegalSystemIII目录引言...................................................1一本文的研究背景.....................
