摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 青少年是强国之本，从我国排球可持续发展的角度看，培养雄厚的排球后备力量对我 国排球运动的发展意义重大。新周期“人才基地”的要求：在紧跟世界排球的发展进程和 趋势的格局下，扩大我国青少年排球人数规模以及提高排球运动水平，尽可能多出人才这 两大任务是当前我国排球界正面对的重大课题。中国排球在世界的舞台上也有过辉煌的战 绩，现如今中国排球的现状令世人堪忧，这种现象的发生与排球后备人才培养不足是有很 大联系的。山东省排球运动水平停滞不前，目前需要亟待解决的问题是青少年排球队伍的 建设。四年一度的省运会排球比赛可以反映山东省青少年排球运动水平，基于这一赛事来 研究山东省排球队伍的现状具有重大意义。 本文以第二十三届运动会排球比赛决赛阶段为研究对象，从教练员、运动员、经费场 地、管理等方面来研究山东省青少年排球队伍建设的现状，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、 访谈法、数理统计法、综合分析法等科研方法对山东省青少年排球队伍进行了调查和研究， 对青少年进行了概念界定，分析了山东省青少年排球运动开展的情况、运动员参加比赛的 情况，教练员的基本情况、队伍训练和竞赛情况以及排球队管理体制状况，寻找山东省在 建设青少年排球队伍过程中的缺陷，为山东省青少年排球运动的发展提供一些指导性的借 鉴，更加期望可以给决策部门提供有益的参考价值。研究结果表明： 1 山东省青少年运动员的生源不均衡，各个市的招生质量大不相同，交流队员较多， 各个地市排球运动发展的水平参差不齐。 2 山东省运动队的训练和比赛经费不足的问题一直存在，政府和学校的专项拨款满足 不了运动队的需求；运动员参加比赛次数少，教练员过于注重比赛成绩，训练竞赛体制不 够完善。 3 体育场馆设施不充裕、陈旧，资源匮乏，难以满足当下科学化的训练要求，直接影 响排球运动队的训练以及成绩的提高。 4 教练员的年龄较为年轻化，执教年限短，每年参加培训、进修和学习的机会很少， 难以满足当今时代对教练员的要求。 5 青少年运动员文化学习与训练之间存在矛盾，难以使两者平衡。 关键词：山东省；青少年；排球队伍；现状；影响因素 I Ab Abstract Abstract In this paper, volleyball tournament in the twenty-third Provincial Games held in Jining City, Shandong Province were took as the study object. Current situation of youth volleyball team in Shandong Province were studied from the perspectives of coaches, athletes, venues funding, management and other areas. Literature, questionnaires, interviews, mathematical statistics, comprehensive analysis and other research methods were applied to investigate and research the building of youth volleyball team in Shandong Province., to find a little flaw in the construction of youth volleyball team in Shandong Province, then provide some useful lessons for youth volleyball development in Shandong Province and more expect to provide a useful reference to the decision-making department. The results showed that: The volleyball teams of Shandong Province have won the competition in large domestic honors, but poor performance occurred because of the management system and the deficiencies of lack of reserve forces.
