ThecomparativestudybetweenpartofmonitoringindicatorstoimmunestatusofrenaltransplantrecipientsandTransvivo-DTHassay*AbstractObjectiveRenaltransplantationisthesignificantreplacementtreatmenttopatientshaveend-stagerenaldisease.However,rejectreactionisthemajorchallengeafterorgantransplant.Sincethenewimmunosuppressiveagentshadbeenwidelyusedinclinical,theincidencerateofacutegraftrejectionreducedobviously.Ontheotherhand,thesideeffectsofnon-specificimmunosuppressiveagentsgreatlyhinderthelong-termsurvivalofpatients.Thebestsolutiontoreducethesideeffectsofimmunosuppressiveagentsisinducingofimmunetolerance.Butitcannotbeachievedinclinical.Soifwecanindividuallyuseimmunosuppressiveagentsaccordingtotheimmunefunctionofpatients,preventrejectionforinadequateimmunesuppressionandavoidsideeffectsforexcessiveimmunesuppression.Therecipientsimmunestatusisanimportantbasisforpersonalizedmedicine.Wehasbeenworkinghardonfindingsimple,practicalandreliableindicatorsformonitoringimmunestatus.Transvivodelayedtypehypersensitivityassay(Transvivo-DTH)isarecognizedreliablemethodofmonitoringtheimmunestatus.Buttheexperimentloadeddownwithtrivialdetailsandisappliedasaresearchtool..Nowweempiricallyadjustthedosageofimmunosuppressantonthebasisofthelevelofserumcreatinineandtheconcentrationofimmunosuppressive.Partofpatientswhohaveimmunetolerancestillusehigherdosesofimmunosuppressionalllife.Thiscausedthewasteofmedicalresources.ThisstudywilldetermineTransvivo-DTHtobeagoldstandardfortoleranceofrenaltransplantrecipientstoassesstheclinicalvalueoftheratioofCD4+CD25+FoxP3+Treginperipheralblood,thelevelofPRAinperipheralblood,IL-2levelinsupernatantofreactiongroupcellofmixedlymphocytecultureandthespectrometricanalysistodifferentialproteininurineofrenaltransplantrecipients.WetrytofindaindexcansubstituteTransvivo-DTHformonitoringimmunetoleranceandguidinguseofimmunosuppressiveagentsinclinical.Wecollectedtheperipheralbloodof30casesdonorsandrecipientswhoacceptrenalSupportedbytheFoundationoftheInnovativeScientificResearchofSout
