供应链管理在建筑企业物流中的应用研究 摘 要 随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立和完善，建筑企业必须改变过去计划经 济模式下的物流管理思想，采用与企业整个生产管理变革相适应的先进的物流 管理方式。只有探索出适应市场发展的新型物流管理模式，才能在日益激烈的 市场竞争中求得生存和发展。目前，建筑企业物流管理的可行方法、可用工具 还不完善，将供应链管理这种现代物流管理思想运用于建筑企业物流势在必行。 建筑企业的物流活动由于其特殊性，已经成为创造企业利润的重要来源。 完善的物流活动应该将企业中物流管理的每一个环节都看成创造价值的环节， 这就要求我们从系统的角度来看待建筑企业的物流问题。 供应链管理作为一种先进的现代物流管理理论，在我国已受到了众多学者 和实践家的普遍关注，并开始在许多行业中得到推广应用。通过分析结合建筑 企业物流的特点，在建筑企业的物资管理中运用供应链理论，从而可以有效提 高资金利用效率、减少资源浪费，达到降低成本、实现提升企业核心竞争力以 及利润最大化的目标。 本文结合建筑企业物流的特点，研究国内建筑企业物流管理现状，分析建 筑企业内部物流管理存在的问题，以及产生问题的原因，对供应链管理应用于 建筑企业物流的优点进行分析整合，指出将供应链管理理论应用于建筑企业物 流，建筑企业站在系统的角度看待自己的物流问题，将物流相关环节统统纳入 供应链。通过数学模型证明供应链管理下的经济订购批量比传统管理模式下的 经济订购批量产生的效益更大。供应链管理可以有效地提高建筑企业资金利用 效率、减少资源浪费，达到降低成本、为建筑企业创造出更大的利润，实现提 升建筑企业核心竞争力的目标。供应链管理是解决建筑企业物流目前存在问题 的主要途径，但是在具体应用过程中还会碰到很多困难，因此在实际操作中还 有很多需要注意的地方。 关键词： 供应链管理;建筑企业;物流 Research on Supply chain management theory applied in construction enterprise logistics Abstract The construction enterprises must change the ideology of the Logistics Management in the pattern of the Planned Economy along with the instauration and consummation of our Socialism Market Economy, and introduce the advanced Logistics Management that assorts with the transforming of the whole enterprises’ production management. Only by doing this, exploring the new pattern of the Logistics Management that adapt to the market development, can the enterprises survive and develop in the drastic market competition. At present, we have few feasibility methods, implements and instruments used for Logistics Management in construction enterprises, so it’s necessary to bring the ideology of the Logistics Management into the logistics in construction enterprises.
