南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 安全管理是企业正常、稳定运行的重要保证，安全信息的有效管理是安全管理的重要方面。 针对某企业安全生产管理需求，本文以生产过程中的各种人、物和环境等危险源为研究对象， 对生产安全信息的采集和管理展开研究，设计并开发了企业生产安全信息管理系统，实现了对 安全信息的管理功能。 首先，针对企业安全生产管理需求，分析了安全信息管理的总体目标，搭建了安全信息管 理系统的总体框架，划分了系统的功能模块，设计了功能的实现流程。 其次，分析企业的实际情况，建立了企业生产危险源体系，讨论了各种危险信息及其获取 方法；探讨了各种安全评价方法，应用作业条件危险性评价法和火灾爆炸指数法分别对工人作 业活动和典型生产工艺单元进行安全评价，并给出了应用实例。 接着，设计了安全信息管理系统的数据库，并针对实际的业务需求优化了数据处理过程。 最后，讨论了安全信息管理系统的开发环境和开发工具，给出了安全评价结果图的动态生 成、系统安全防范等关键技术的实现途径，开发了安全信息管理系统，实现了系统管理、信息 集成管理、日常业务管理、工房门禁管理、安全评价管理等功能，验证了本文所研究的成果。 关键词：安全信息管理，安全评价，危险源，火灾爆炸指数法 I 基于 基于 Java EE 的生产安全信息管理系统研究和实现 II II Abstract Security management is an important guarantee for normal and stable producing of an enterprise, and effective management of safety information is an important aspect of security management. Based on the demands of security management during the manufacturing processes of an enterprise, this paper researched on the collection and management of the safety information, which was generated by the workers, production materials and the environment during these manufacturing processes. An Enterprise Production Safety Information Management System (EPSIMS) was designed and developed, and the basic management of safety information was realized. Firstly, on the basis of the security management demands, the overall goal of the EPSIMS was analysised, the overall developement framework of the system was established, the modules of the system was grouped by similar functions, the realization process of the system functions was designed. Secondly, the hazard system was established based on the analysis of actual situation of the enterprise. The source of hazards information and the method of information collection were discussed. The risk assessment methods were investigated, the job condition risk method were used on the assessment of typical work activities of the workers and the Fire and Explosion Index method were used on the process units, both examples were given.
