汕头大学学 汕头大学学位论文 摘要 I I 摘要 柔性制造系统 FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System)是 CIMS 中的制造子系统。柔 性制造系统(FMS)是集计算机技术、数字控制技术、网络通信技术以及现代生产管理技术 为一体的现代制造技术。 ET-FMS-T 型柔性制造系统是在上世纪 90 年代初汕头大学、香港生产力促进局、香 港 MIT 系统工程公司合作开发的 FMS 教学系统，是一种加工回转体零件的柔性制造系统。 由于各种原因，现在整个系统已经不能运行，本文主要研究工作，就是在熟悉原系统工 作原理的基础上，利用工业以太网控制网络技术，对原系统进行改造和升级。其主要工 作如下： 1. 基于 ARM9 和 Armlinux 开发一个嵌入式网络接口控制器，功能实现 TCP/IP 协议 与 RS－232 协议之间的转换，从而实现以太网数据和串口数据之间的转换，使只有 RS－ 232 串口接口的 FMS 底层设备在不改变原来结构的基础上，方便地接入工业以太网。 .工业以太网最典型的应用形式是 Ethernet＋TCP/IP。它的底层是 Ethernet，网络 层和传输层采用国际公认的标准 TCP/IP, 用 Ethernet 和 ICP/IP 技术构建通讯网络平 台，就是使终端设备能够直接成为一个网络节点，能直接连接到企业信息网络中去，真 正实现企业管理信息和生产过程测控子网的一体化，企业内部的管理站或者远程工作站 就可以直接监视这些设备，实时的对生产过程操作管理。 .在新的网络控制系统平台基础上，重新设计其控制软件，并用高级编程语言 VB 进行开发。 关键词：柔性制造系统； 工业以太网； 嵌入式系统；控制网络；Socter 汕头大学学 汕头大学学位论文 Abstract II II ABSTRACT FMS( Flexible Manufacturing System) is subsystem of CIMS, FMS is a modern manufacturing technology, which includes computer technologies 、 numerical control technologies、network communication technologies and modern production management technologies. ET-FMS-I is a FMS teaching system, which is designed by STU university with the collaboration of Hongkong Productivity advance bureau and Hongkong MIT System Engineering company. It is a kind of FMS which mainly processes turning accessory. As a result of each kind of reason, now the whole system has not run, the main research work of this article is that on the basement of knowing well work principle of primary FMS, I will redesign and update the primary system by using industry Ethernet control network technology. Its main work is as follows: Design a kind of Embedded Interface Controller Based on ARM9 and ARMLinux, its function completes the conversion between the protocols of TCP/IP and RS-232, accordingly, it can implement the switch of Ethernet data and string data.
