摘要党的十八大报告将生态文明建设提高到一个前所未有的高度，生态文明建设已经融入经济、政治、文化、社会的全过程，成为我国今后发展的重要方向。基于此，我国今后的城镇化建设应该是基于生态文明的城镇化，具有深刻的内涵。随着国家城镇化建设重点的转移，中小城市成为我国新型城镇化新的着力点，县城的发展应该借此机遇，探索基于生态文明的城镇化发展之路。在生态文明建设的指引下，县城的宜居建设是其发展的重点，而绿道网络成为其打造宜居县城的重要手段。但目前我国的绿道建设理论层面的研究较多，实践方面仍停留在东部沿海地区的大中城市，对县城层面绿道网络的研究较少，加上管理方面对绿道规划的不重视和县城开发的盲目性，导致了县城生态环境恶化、居民慢行空间缺失等问题普遍存在。基于此，本文尝试从生态文明建设的视角出发，在理论层面对县城绿道网络的内涵、规划特点、产生机制和类型进行探讨，将县城绿道网络作为一种可持续土地利用方式，并以此为出发点，从生态、生活、生产三个方面对县城绿道网络的构建提供具体的规划思路，致力于形成“县城绿道网络规划”的系统性论述。本文首先探讨了国内外绿道网络的动态演变，以及我国县城绿地空间所面临的诸多问题，分析生态文明建设对县城发展的内在要求，揭示县城绿道网络建设的现实意义；然后基于生态文明视角构架县城尺度绿道网络的理论体系，随后，根据需求理论，结合县城生态、生活、生产三个方面的不同需求和内涵，分别以生态网络、产城融合、慢行系统理念为指导，构建县城的三类绿道网络系统，提出文章核心论点；再后，结合顺平县的绿道规划实践，论述县城绿道网络建设的基本规划思路和一般原则，验证本文理论成果的可操作性；最后，对县城绿道网络的规划管理和实施提出建议，展望我国县城绿道网络发展的前景，愿本文研究成果能为其发展提供有益借鉴。关键词：生态文明县城绿道网络生态网络产城融合慢行系统1ABSTRACTPartyseighteenbigreportwillberaisedtoanunprecedentedheightofecologicalcivilizationconstruction,constructionofecologicalcivilizationhasintegratedintothewholeprocessofeconomic,political,cultural,social,becomeanimportantdirectionforfuturedevelopmentinChina.Basedonthis,theChineseurbanizationconstructioninfutureshouldbebasedontheecologicalcivilizationoftheurbanization,hasprofoundconnotation.Withfocusonthetransferofnationalurbanizationconstruction,asanewfocus,newtypeofurbanizationinourcountrysmallandmedium-sizedcitiescountyshouldtakethisopportunityofdevelopment,thedevelopmentofurbanizationbasedonecologicalcivilization.Inundertheguidanceofecologicalcivilizationconstruction,thecountyhabitableconstructionisthefocusofitsdevelopment,butthegreenwaynetworkbecometheimportantmeanstobuildlivabletown.Butatpresentourcountrysgreenwayconstructionoftheoreticalresearch,morepractical,remainsintheeasterncoastalareasoflargeandmedium-sizedcities,theresearchonthecountylevelthegreenwaynetworkisless,andmanagementofthegreenwayplanningdonottaketheblindnessandthedevelopmentofthecounty,leadtoresidentsinthecountytownecologicalenvironmentdeterioration,suchproblemsaslackofslowspacearewidespread.Basedonthis,thispapertriestofromth
