施密特平行轴联轴器动态特性分析-dynamic characteristics analysis of schmidt parallel shaft coupling
摘要施密特平行轴联轴器是在连杆联轴器的基础上发展起来的一种新型联轴器,具有大偏心距、小尺寸、轻量化和高可靠性等特点,其动态性能的好坏直接影响该联轴器性能,因而对其动态特性的研究有着重要的意义和工程应用价值。在中央高校基本科研业务费科研专项的资助下,论文以三相施密特平行轴联轴器为研究对象,对其动态特性进行研究。论文主要研究内容如下:①分析施密特平行轴联轴器基本结构和传动原理,对施密特平行轴联轴器的传动特性进行研究;②根据拉格朗日原理,利用集中参数法推导出施密特平行轴联轴器动力学方程;计算出施密特平行轴联轴器系统的误差激励和发动机激励。③运用数值解法求解动力学方程,得到系统动态响应;分析误差对系统动态响应的影响。④对系统动态响应进行灵敏度分析,获得影响系统动态响应的最主要设计变量;建立系统动态优化模型,对系统动态性能进行优化。关键字:施密特平行轴联轴器,传动特性,动态特性,灵敏度,动态优化ABSTRACTSchmidtOffsetCouplingisdevelopedonthebasisoftheconnectingrodcouplingtosatisfythetechnicalrequirementscontainlargeeccentricity,smallsize,lightweight,andhighreliability.Thedynamicperformanceofcouplingsystemaffectperformanceofthethecoupling,sotheresearchofthevibrationcharacteristicsisofgreatsignificanceandengineeringapplicationvalue.Theprojectofthispaperisbasedonthebasicresearchuniversitiesspecialfundoperations.TheThreePhaseSchmidtOffsetCouplingistheobjectofstudy.ThedynamiccharacteristicofSchmidtOffsetCouplingtransmissionsystemisresearched.Themaincontentsofthisthesisareasfollows:①ThebasicstructureandtransmissionprincipleofSchmidtOffsetCouplingareanalyzed.Transmissioncharacteristicsofthecouplingarestudied.②Thetransmissionsystemdynamicsanalysismodelisestablishedbyusingthelumpedparametermethod.TheLagrangeequationisusedtodeducedynamicequationsofthecouplingsystem.TheenginemotivationanderrormotivationofSchmidtOffsetCouplingarecalculated.③Anumericalmethodisusedtosolvedynamicequationsofthetransmissionsystemandobtainthesystemdynamicresponses.Influenceonthesystemdynamicresponseisanalyzedwiththeerrorchange.④Sensitivityanalysisofthesystemdynamicresponseiscarried,andthemaindesignvariableswhichthesystemdynamicresponseissensitivetoaregained.Systemdynamicoptimizationdesignmodelisestablished,thedynamicperformanceoftransmissionsystemisoptimized.Keywords:SchmidtOffsetCoupling,Transmissionerror,Dynamiccharacteristic,Sensitivity,Dynamicoptimization.目录中文摘要..........................................................................................................................................I
