This study on Shihezi University Library follows the logic of ideas which is questions - analysis of the problem - to solve the problem. First, through the collection and collation of existing literature, to grasp the status of human resource development and research of university libraries in China and abroad ;in the possession of a rich and informative literature, based on the combination of the basic theory of human resource development, specifically the series for research Shihezi University Library , analyzed and summarized by the results of the investigation to find the museum of human resources development, the main problems, and cause of the problem in-depth analysis on this basis, from a strategic perspective Shihezi University Library Human Resources Development of specific measures , which can optimize the quality of librarians, the rapid development of high-tech librarians to improve the adaptability, resilience, and innovation to provide better service.
