AbstractThecombinationofnano-materialsandbio-medicineinthedevelopmentofdrugs,intermsofdiseasepreventionandtreatmentareofgreatsignificance.Layer-by-layerself-assembly(LBL)asaclassicalmethodforthepreparationofnanomaterials,inviewofitssimpleoperation,richinmaterialselection,thethicknessofproductcanbecontrolledotheradvantages.thismethodwillbeusedfortheassemblyofnano-tubesandofmicrocapsules.Inthisstudy,preparationofdifferenttypesanddifferentmaterialsmicrocapsulesandmakemicrocapsulesco-culturedwithcells,researchthesafetyandfeasibilityofmicrocapsulesasadrugcarrier.Themaincontentsareasfollow:Fabricationofmulticomponentmicrocapsulesviaelectrostaticinteraction.Respectivelywithmanganesecarbonateandsilicondioxidemicrospheresastemplate,electrostaticinteractionasadrivingforce,throughlayer-by-layerself-assemblymethodsprepareddifferenttypesofmicrocapsules,suchaswithchitosan(CHI)andalginate(ALG)asmaterialstoassemblebiocompatiblemicrocapsules,withpolystyrenesulfonate(PSS)andpolyallylaminehydrochloride(PAH)asmaterialstoassemblepolyelectrolytemicrocapsules,Andthroughthepreparationoffluorescentmarkerswithfluorescencepropertiesofmicrocapsules.Co-culturedofdifferenttypesofmicrocapsuleswithcell.Throughdifferenttypesdifferentouteranddifferentformsofmicrocapsulesco-culturedwithcells,observingandanalyzingthecapsuletype,surfaceelectriccharge,shapeandotherfactorsontheimpactofphagocytosis.Humancervicalcarcinomacells(Hela)havemanycharacteristics,whichcanbecontinuouspassage,divideendlesslywithoutdying,rapidproliferationandhighlyinfectious,therefore,theexperimentalsection,selecthumancervicalcarcinomacells(Hela)asco-culturedcellsintheexperiment.Determiningtypesofcapsulesasadrugcarrierandtoachievethereleaseofthedrugpackage.ObservingtheconditionofcapsulesandcellsthroughCLSM,basedontheresultsofexperiments,whichcapsuleswithobviousphagocytosiscanbeselectedasadrugcarrier,theanti-cancerdrugsassembledwiththeselectedcapsule,toachievethepreparationofthedrugcarrier.Finally,bycomparingthegrowthandapoptoticeffec
