摘要可持续发展理论研究正经历着从一般的概念性和定性研究向定量研究的转变。环境承载力作为可持续发展度量和评价研究的核心之一由来已久，但至今尚未形成比较完善的理论体系。正确判断人类社会行为是否与所处的环境条件及人类的需求相协调，是实现环境与经济协调发展的前提。因此环境承载力的研究己成为各国研究的热点问题，受到越来越多的关注。本文以系统方法论思想为指导，综述了环境承载力的研究发展状况，并在此基础上，明确了环境承载力的相关理论，接着采用层次分析法对指标进行赋权，探讨了环境承载力现状评估指标体系和评价方法的建立，进而采用模糊综合评价的方法综合确定了环境承载力指数。本文以延长县三个石油开采区为样区进行了实例研究，计算分析出该地区的环境承载力结果并分析了导致该结果的原因。最终提出了提高延长县该地区环境承载力的对策。本文结论如下:延长县石油开采区附近环境承载力现状指数值为0.402，根据环境承载力等级划分标准，延长县石油开采区附近环境承载力现状指数等级为111级，环境承载力处于饱和状态，不能够再无节制的开发下去。本论文的研究对我国环境承载力的评估工作的开展以及评价模式的应用有着积极的意义，并能为地方的环境规划和发展规划起着一定的指导意义。关键词:环境承载力:石油开采:评估AbstractInrecentyears，thesustainabledeveloprnentwasexperiencingfrorngeneralconceptionandqualitativeresearchtoquantitativeresearchtransformation.Asoneofthecoresinresearchingtherneasuresandappraisesaboutsustainabledeveloprnent，theenvironrnentalcarryingcapacity(ECC)hasbeenputforwardforlongtirne，butitstheorysysternhasnotbeenformedperfectlyyet.Theprerniseforenvironrnenttodevelopcoordinativewitheconornyisthatwecancorrectlyjudgewhetherthehurnansocialactivities，especiallytheeconornicactivitiesarecoordinatedwithenvironrnent.Asaresult，rnanycountriespayrnoreattentiononECC.?asedonthethoughtofsysternaticrnethodologyandthesurnrning-upoftheresearchonECC，thispaperelaboratesonthetheory.ofECCandusesanalytichierarchyprocesstodeterminethewei梆ofindicators，thenitconstructsasetofevaluationindicatorsysternandasetofevaluationrnethodforregionenvironrnentalcarryingcapacity.A白erthat，itusesthernethodofrnultilevelfuzzytoevaluatetheregionenvironrnentalcarrying;capacity.ThepapertakesYanchangCountyasaωsestudy，andconcludessorneresultandanalyzesthereasons.Atlast，thepapersproposessornecorrelationcountermeasure.Theresultsareasfollows:CasestudyofYanchangCountyhasbeencarriedoutinthisthesis.Whichhasarnarkof0.402incornpositeindexofregionenvironrnentalcarryingcapacity.ItisrankedoflevelIII，whichbelongstosaturatedlevel，andtheregionshouldcontrolthedeveloprnent.Theresearchofthisthesishasapositiveactiontothedeveloprnentoftheevaluationofregionenvironrnentalcarryingcapacity，andcanprovides
