分析循证护理在异位妊娠护理中的应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的 观察循证护理在异位妊娠护理中的应用效果。方法 90例异位妊娠患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组45例。对照组给予常规护理， 观察组给予循证护理， 比较两组患者的护理满意度， 采用日常生活活动能力评价量表（ADL）评估两组患者的生活质量。结果 观察组患者护理满意率为95.6%， 明显高于对照组的80.0%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的精神状态、社会活动、日常生活评分均高于对照组， 焦虑评分低于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在异位妊娠患者的临床护理中， 采取循证护理干预有助于调整患者的心理状态， 从而提高其生活质量与治疗依从性， 深受患者认可， 值得推广。 　　【关键词】 异位妊娠；循证护理；应用效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.15.089 　　Analysis of application effect by evidence-based nursing in nursing for ectopic gestation HE Jian-wei， WU Li-xia. Guangzhou City Panyu District Nancun Hospital， Guangzhou 511442， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe application effect by evidence-based nursing in nursing for ectopic gestation. Methods A total of 90 patients with ectopic gestation were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 45 case in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the observation group received evidence-based nursing. Comparison was made on nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups. Quality of life in the two groups was evaluated by activities of daily living （ADL） scale. Results The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree as 95.6% than 80.0% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had all higher scores of mental state， social activity and activities of daily living than the control group， and it also had lower anxiety score than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing for ectopic gestation patients is helpful for mental state adjustment in patients， so as to improve their quality of life and treatment compliance.
