肝脾舒对肝硬化大鼠肠屏障功能的保护作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肝脾舒对肝硬化大鼠肠黏膜屏障的保护作用。 方法 雄性SD大鼠36只，基于SAS proc plan 语句，按照体重从小到大的顺序随机分为4组，每组9只。空白组每日腹腔注射生理盐水，模型组采用四氯化碳腹腔注射制备肝硬化模型，肝脾舒组和杜秘克组在模型组基础上每日分别给予肝脾舒或杜秘克灌胃。取血浆检测内毒素（ET）、二胺氧化酶（DAO）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白介素-1β（IL-1β）水平，取肝组织和回肠组织行HE染色观察病理变化。 结果 肝脾舒组血浆ET、DAO、TNF-α和IL-1β浓度明显低于模型组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；肝脾舒组血浆DAO、IL-1β浓度明显低于杜秘克组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。肝脾舒组及杜秘克组的肝组织及回肠组织病理改变均优于模型组。 结论 肝脾舒对肝硬化大鼠肠黏膜屏障具有保护作用，可以截断对肠黏膜屏障的损伤，进而影响肝硬化的发展过程。 　　[关键词] 四氯化碳；肠黏膜；肝硬化；肝脾舒 　　[中图分类号] R287 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）12（c）-0021-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the protective effect of Gan Pi Shu on intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 36 male SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups based on SAS proc plan sentence according to the order of weight to be large， with 9 rats in each group. The rats in the blank group were injected intraperitoneally with saline daily. The rats in the model group were injected intraperitoneally with carbon tetrachloride to establish the model of liver cirrhosis. The rates in the Gan Pi Shu group and the Duphalac group were given Gan Pi Shu and Duphalac respectively based on the model group. The plasma levels of endotoxin （ET）， diamine oxidase （DAO）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-1β （IL-1β） were measured. The pathological changes of liver and ileum tissue were observed by HE staining. Results The plasma levels of ET， DAO， TNF-α and IL-1β in Gan Pi Shu group were lower than those of model group， with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）. DAO and IL-1β in Gan Pi Shu group were lower than those of Duphalac group， with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）. The pathological changes of liver and ileum tissue in Gan Pi Shu and Duphalac group was better than that of model group. Conclusion Gan Pi Shu has the protective effect on the intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with liver cirrhosis， which can truncate the development process between intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction
