动词短语的五种基本类型： A型：联系动词+表语 (a)联系动词+名词短语 Aaa She is a teacher. / He became a doctor. It proved a failure. 在seem, appear, prove等词后，不定式to be可以省略 He seems (to be) a hard-working student. It appears (to be) a true story. He proved (to be) a good engineer. Aab 联系动词+动名词 Seeing is believing. Aac 联系动词+不定式 To see is to believe. Aad 联系动词+名词性从句 My hope is that he will be well again. The question is whether he is able to do it alone. (b) 联系动词+形容词 Aba She was happy. / The sky seems clear. The weather became warm. / She kept silent.
