The distance to the boundary of the hyper-enhancement region was shorter from the right ventricle than from the left ventricle. Only radiofrequency ablation from the right ventricle was performed. Case (B) endocardial ablation from the left ventricle. In this case, the distance to the boundary of the Hyper enhancementregion was shorter from the left ventricle than from the right ventricle. Both right and left ventricles were mapped. A previous unsuccessful radiofrequency ablation was attempted from the right ventricle.
