论文编号： 互联网保险的风险管理体系构建 张大治 中国政法大学研究生院 二○一五年三月互联网保险的风险管理体系构建 摘 要 近几年，我国保险行业互联网网络化进程不断加速，随之带来的风险也随之增加。互联网保险是传统保险与互联网融合创新的一种形式，其所面临的风险具有复合性、叠加性，既具有传统保险经营所面临的风险，也具有因互联网技术带来的特殊的风险。互联网保险的风险管理成为其健康快速发展的关键所在。 第一章，绪论。介绍互联网保险的风险管理体系构建的研究背景、意义以及研究方法与框架，研究的创新点与存在的不足。 第二章，互联网保险的风险管理基础理论。本文以信息不对称理论、混沌理论、长尾理论作为研究互联网保险风险的理论基础，通过理论导入，引导开展互联网保险的风险管理理论研究和分析。通过国内外学者对于互联网保险风险管理的研究成果进行归纳总结，并进行研究分析。 第三章，介绍美国互联网保险的风险现状及风险管理经验。 第四章，从我国互联网保险的商业模式与发展前景入手，对比我国各大保险公司进行互联网保险业务的经营模式，分析其中存在的风险及风险成因。梳理我国互联网保险所面临的风险，研究引起风险的原因，划分风险类型。 第五章，根据互联网保险风险的不同类型，结合风险管控措施和方法，构建合理适度的风险管控模式和风险管理机制，从机构监管、行业自律、第三方监督、公司内部管理四个方面构建完善互联网保险的风险管理架构，形成全面的风险管理模式。 第六章，总结与展望。 本文立足于从分析中国现阶段互联网保险发展现状，对比海外地区互联网保险市场情况，梳理我国互联网保险所面临的风险，研究引起风险的原因，划分风险类型，从机构监管、行业自律、第三方监督、公司内部管理四个方面构建互联网保险的风险管理架构，构建全面的风险管理模式。这对于中国互联网保险发展具有理论价值和现实意义。 关键词：互联网 保险 风险管理体系 ABSTRACT In recent years, Chinas insurance industry continues to combine with the Internet network, with the risk increasing. Internet insurance is a new form with integration and innovation. It faces the risks from traditional insurance, as well as the special risk from the Internet technologies. So the risks of Internet insurance bear the complexity and superposition.
