AbstractPreparationandpropertiesofcarbonnanotubesfilledwithintelligenthydrogelcompositePreparationandpropertiesofcarbonnanotubesfilledwithintelligenthydrogelcompositeAbstractCarbonnanotubeshaveuniquephysicalandchemicalpropertiesaswellasmanyexcellentproperties.Ithasbeenpopulartopicinthefieldofnano-scienceandmaterials.Previousstudiesofcarbonnanotubesmostlyconcentratedontheexternalmodificationandcomposites.Therelativeresearchonthespecificnatureofthesubstanceinsidecarbonnanotubes’confinedspaceisstillinsufficient.Thisismainlyduetothelimitationofthetraditionalfillingmethods.Inthisworkwedesignedanano-porousCNTmembrane.Afterinter-diffusionofreactantsandin-situpolymerizationinthenano-channels,thetemperature-sensitive,pH-sensitiveandfluorescenthydrogelaresuccessfullyintroducedinto15nmdiameterCNTchannels.High-resolutiontransmissionelectronmicroscopy(HRTEM),micro-infraredspectroscopy(Micro-FITR)andconfocallaserscanningfluorescencemicroscopeareusedtocharacterizethenewcomplex.Ourmethodcangreatlyimprovethefillingefficiencyandcontrollability.Meanwhileitcanavoidthehydrogeltowraptheexternalwallsofcarbonnanotubes.Thenano-channeloftheCNTbecomesmorehydrophilicaftertheinfillingofthehydrogel,whichnotonlyfacilitatethetransportationofwater,butalsoformanintelligentionicchannel.Besides,carbonnanotubescanalsoprotectthefluorescenthydrogelfromthefluorescencequenching.Thisuniquecarbonnanotubeinfilledwithintelligenthydrogelscompositesareofgreatimportanceinthefieldofintelligentionchannels,drug-deliveryandbio-imaging.PreparationandpropertiesofcarbonnanotubesfilledwithintelligenthydrogelcompositeAbstractKeywords:carbonnanotubearray,hydrogel,porousmembrane,innerfillingWrittenby:PanYuanyuanSupervisedby:Pro.YangZhaohui目录第一章绪论................................................................................................................11.1引言............................................................................................................................11.2碳纳米管及碳纳米管阵列..........................
