ThefieldeffectconstructionoftheUrumqiShaanXiMosqueandthesurroundingenvironmentSpecialty:ArchitecturaldesignandtheoryName:MaJieInstructor:ProfessorCuiEnzeABSTRACTCurrently,withtherapidgrowthofChinaseconomy,graduallyacceleratingurbanization,theUrbanRenewalandHistoricDistrictProtectionhavebecomethefocusofpublicconcern.Ontheonehand,thecitysMuslimcommunityislocatedintheoldandhistoricdistrict,ontheotherhand,itisatraditionalresidentialareawhereHuiMuslimlivein.Withlongyearsofbaptism,ithasprecipitatedauniqueIslamiccultureandcommunity-basedspaceenvironment.Now,withthetightsupplyofurbanlandresources,increasingintensityofurbandevelopment,suchexternalfactorsgraduallyhaveaffectedtheMuslimghettosgradualsenseofcommunity,asenseofbelonging.Thispaperisagainstthestatusquo,tothecitysMuslimcommunitypublicbuildings-mosquesasthestartingpoint,combingtheintrinsicrelevanceofmosquebuildingandMuslimcommunities,discoveringthecorequalityofthemosquestobuildtheplacespiritintheMuslimcommunity.AmericanArab-IslamicstudiesexpertHittioncementionedthat“Islamconcentriccirclescompare”tothemosques“spectacle”scatteredaroundtheworld,andthat“inordertoillustratetheculturalexchangebetweenMuslimsandtheirneighbors,lestnothingmoremosquesasexemplifies.”FromtheProphetMuhammadinvolvedinbuildingtheKufamosquetothemosquesarebeingorwillbecompletedaroundtheworldareatrueportrayalofIslamiccivilizationthat“accordingtoMosqueofcommunicationwiththeMuslim”and“Livingaroundthemosque”.Itisdueto“anintuitiveorexplicitspatialpattern,basedonthisspatialpatternofeconomicinteractionandculturalaffinity,”makingIslamiccivilizationnotonlydemonstrateditsuniquelifeforms(thevaluesundertheinfluenceofreligious,customs,religion,culture,architecture,arts,etc.),butalsoreflectsthecharacteristicsofgeopoliticalfactors.Therefore,mosquehasbecomeanintegralpartofsociallife,itisthemuslimsandtheircultureformation,developmentandheritageoftheimportantplaces.First,articlefromthefield,thebasicconceptofarchitecturalfield,elaboratesthearchitecturalfieldformingelemen
