PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III 摘 要 物流业作为一个新兴的战略性产业，是国民经济的重要组成部分，而第三方物流作为“第三利润源”，更是对经济的发展起到重要的作用。但是我国第三方物流企业起步晚，而且自身还存在许多问题，但是随着我国对外开放水平的提高，越来越多的国外大型跨国公司利用资金、技术等开始争夺我国的物流市场，而国内的第三方物流企业近些年也出现很多，所以我国的第三方物流企业面临着巨大的竞争压力。如何提高自身竞争力特别是核心竞争力，以在激烈的市场竞争中取胜，是我国第三方物流企业亟需考虑的问题。 本文首先在第二章提出核心竞争力的概念，重点介绍了核心竞争力的要素。第三章对德邦物流的概括进行简单介绍，同时对其经营范围和业务流程进行了描述，最后指出其存在的问题，这样能够在整体上对德邦物流有一个把握。然后第四章对德邦物流企业的核心竞争力进行分析，最后针对第三章提出的德邦物流企业存在的问题，在本文的第五章提出了具体的解决措施。 通过对德邦物流的研究，我们可以看出我国第三方物流企业的确是存在许多问题，如比较突出的人才缺乏、技术水平相对滞后、信息系统有待完善等等，这不仅仅需要企业自身的努力，同时也需要政府的扶持和帮助，只有这样，我国的第三方物流企业才能逐渐缩小同国外水平的差距，才能有更多的企业有实力参与国际竞争。 关键词：第三方物流 核心竞争力 德邦物流 Title Our Country Third Party Logistics Enterprises Core Competitiveness Research——With Deppon Logistics As An Example Abstract Logistics industry as an emerging strategic industries is an important part of the national economy, and third-party logistics as the third profit source, is the economic development play an important role.
