摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 本文主要研究新型催化引发剂体系应用于活性自由基及阳离子聚合反应 原子转移自由基聚合简称 ATRP是近几年发展起来的一种新型的聚合方 法 在原子转移自由基聚合反应中 催化体系对反应的可控程度起着非常重要的 作用 开发新型高效的催化体系成为该方向的研究热点问题 以前用 PPh3 dNbpy P(nBu)3 等为配体组成铁络合物为催化体系进行 ATRP 的研究多有报道 但这些均为 碱性配体 且对人体和环境危害较大 不利于实现工业化生产 对于有机酸来讲 一般认为它们能使有机催化剂失活 不能实现聚合的有效控制 但国内的上海交 [11] 通大学于 2000 年成功完成了 FeCl2/异酞酸体系 的原子转移自由基聚合 从而实 现了配体选择上的一大突破,引起了 ATRP 反应研究的新热点 在大量文献调研的 基础上 我们发现高效的 ATRP 催化剂的氧化还原电位差均介于一定范围 将催化 剂的选择和电化学联系起来 优选 FeCl2/二苯乙醇酸和 FeCl2/ 丙二酸 作为催化 体系 将其应用于苯乙烯可控自由基聚合 研究了各种因素对聚合反应的影响 结果发现 应用这两种催化体系均可制得相对分子质量分布小于 1.5 的聚苯乙烯 而且聚合物的数均相对分子质量随单体转化率的增加而线性增加 ln[M]0/[M]与时 间呈良好的线性关系 结果表明 该催化体系能有效催化苯乙烯单体的活性自由 基聚合 随后我们把 FeCl2/二苯乙醇酸催化体系用于对甲基丙烯酸甲酯的 可控聚研究 也取得了较好的效果 说明此体系对极性或者非极性的 单体都有一定的催化活性 在进行 ATRP 的研究中 我们发现在没有卤代烃存在的条件下 FeCl2/二苯乙 醇酸体系也可以引发苯乙烯的可控聚合 此体系不仅可以控制苯乙烯聚合物的相 对分子质量及其分布1.2 1.5,而且聚合物的数均相对分子质量随单体转化率 的提高而线性增加 通过文献查阅 我们认为这是不同与 ATRP 反应机理的另一种 反应过程-阳离子活性聚合 关键词 :原子转移自由基聚合 苯乙烯 氯化亚铁 二苯乙醇酸 丙二酸 甲基丙烯酸甲酯 活性阳离子聚合 Abstract Abstract ABSTRACT This paper has studied the development of efficient catalyst system of living free radical polymerization and living cationic polymerization of styrene. In the research work of living free radical polymerization, to discover the novel and efficient catalyst system is a importment aspect. Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization (ATRP) is a novel polymerization method promoted in the recent years. In the reaction of atom transfer radical polymerization, catalyst system plays a crucial role in the control of the polymerization, the exploiture of novel and efficient catalyst system is in the highlight.On the basis of literature research, we find that the differential of redox potential of the catalyst has a range for successful ATRP. Enlightened by that, we connect the selection of catalyst with electrochemistry.
