供应链管理论文：基于供应链管理理论的汽车企业采购管理研究 【中文摘要】供应链管理就是通过建立各实体间的战略性合作伙伴关系,集成供应链中的资源,优化整个供应链活动的物流、商流、信息流和资金流,从而提高整条“链”的竞争能力。而采购是供应链管理中非常重要的一个环节,是内部顾客和外部供应商之间的重要媒介。本文主要以供应链管理和采购管理理论为指导,结合笔者长期的采购工作经验,在参阅大量类似研究理论和资料的基础上,充分运用理论联系实际、定性与定量相结合的方法,从江铃汽车股份有限公司采购管理的现状入手,详尽剖析了江铃基于供应链管理的采购架构和运作方式。经过长时间的运做,江铃在采购管理方面积累了丰富的运作经验,也建立了一套完善的与采购相关的流程和制度。但是,江铃的采购管理还相对粗犷,人为干预比较多；同时系统和部门之间的相互影响,降低了整体效率和对顾客响应的速度。随着产量的上升,采购管理的压力将逐渐增大。为此,本文从供应商管理、采购成本、采购质量等方面,提出了进一步优化管理的建议和相关的保障措施。 【英文摘要】Supply chain management is among the entities through the establishment of strategic partnerships, integrated supply chain resources; optimize the activities of the logistics, business flow, information flow and cash flow, thereby enhancing the entire “chain” competition.
