PAGE Abstract From February to July 2012, I had my six-month internship training as an office assistant at the Office of the Department of Foreign Languages, North China Institute of Aerospace. During the internship, my position is the office assistant. Through the half year of being an assistant in the teaching office, I mastered the usage of office software and understood the basic flow of office work. At the same time I learned to handle affairs independently and promoted the ability of the communication with others through observing teachers’ deed of dealing with tasks and other people. I have a deep feeling that the teachers’ daily work is not easy, I learned a lot from my teachers and made me more mature. Key words: internship; duty; carefulness; improvement 摘要 自2012年2月至7月，我在北华航天工业学院外语系办公室进行为期六个月的实习培训。实习期间，我的工作是办公室助理。通过这半年的办公室实习，我掌握了办公室软件应用，了解了办公室的基本工作流程。通过对老师们工作的观察及其完成所布置的任务，我学会了独立处理事务并促进了与他人的沟通能力。我深切的体会到老师的日常工作并不容易，我从中学到了很多并且让我更加成熟。 关键词：实习；责任；细心；提高 Introduction This semester, I began to practice in NCIAE — North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering，which is located in Langfang, Heibei province. It is a national public university. I’m working in Foreign Language Department. After about six Months’ life of practice, I wrote this report.Firstly, I will introduce the Internship briefly. It includes the background of this experience, our training in the practice unit and so on. Secondly, it referred to my main work, including the main responsibility and other daily work. Thirdly will be my harvest in this period. The last part will involved in the advantages and disadvantages of my work place.
