摘 要
随着经济知识时代的到来,人力资本成为各类行业企业中最为关注和关心的热点问题,经济的飞速发展使得人力资本企业收益分割成为一种普遍的企业管理政策,虽然我国也引进了这种制度,但由于对其认识的不全面,而出现了很多问题,给企业的发展造成了困扰,也影响了我国市场经济的发展。“优胜劣汰”是市场竞争的恒久不变的规律,在经济迅猛发展的今天,我们要想不被时代淘汰,就必须不断地进步,不断地借鉴别人的好方法,而现在人力资本问题正是世界最重视的问题,所以我们要抓住机会多借鉴国外的有效的人力资本方面的管理方法——人力资本收益分割,来改进我国这方面的不足。对这一问题的研究将不仅有利于企业激励制度的建立和完善,而且也是我国面对经济全球化趋势,需要适应世界经济快速发展步伐的迫切要求。
本文共四部分:第一部分,研究了人力资本收益分割的背景、意义和目的;第二部分,阐述了人力资本收益分割的相关概念、理论;第三部分,探讨了人力资本收益分割模式和方法之改进。

ABSTRACT
With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, human capital has become all types of industries and enterprises the most attention and hot issues of concern, the rapid development of economy makes human capital enterprise income is divided into a common enterprise management policy, although our country has also introduced this system, but due to its understanding is not comprehensive, there are many the problem, the development of enterprises to have caused trouble, also affected the development of Chinas market economy.” Survival of the fittest is the market competition constant rule, in todays rapid economic development, we want not to be out of the times, we must continue to progress, continue to draw a good method, but now the problem of human capital is the worlds most serious problems, so we must seize the opportunity to learn from the foreign effective human capital management -- human capital income segmentation, to improve our country this deficiency. The study on this problem will not only help enterprises incentive system build and perfect, but also our country facing the trend of economic globalization, need to adapt to the fast development of world economy pace urgent requirement.
