山东 山东财经大学硕士学位论文 i i ii ii 摘要 通货膨胀是经济学上一个永恒的话题。时至今日仍有许多的经济学家为此乐 此不疲。通胀是指由于货币发行量过多，从而超出流通中所需要的货币量所造成 的货币贬值以及一般商品价格水平持续上涨的现象。通胀是一个世界性的普遍问 题，其关系着人们的日常生活稳定以及经济的发展。由于通胀具有普遍性、扩散 性以及复杂性的特点，由此带来的经济影响涉及到经济生活中的每一个个体。当 前我国正面临着一轮较大的物价水平上涨，该期通货膨胀给居民生活以及企业的 生产、社会稳定等方面都带来的不好的影响。对于本期通胀形成的原因许多学者 进行了相关的研究，但是都没有形成一个比较全面而且统一的定论。本文通过对 本期通胀与前面几次通胀之间的不同以及本期通胀未来发展前景等方面进行分 析，从国内以及国外两方面分析得出我国本期的通胀的形成是多方面因素共同作 用的结果，包括通胀预期、流动性过剩、经济增长结构问题以及国际通胀压力的 传递等。这些因素对我国本期通胀的影响程度大小不一，但是通过对它们之间内 在的联系进行分析还是可以对这些因素的重要程度进行一个比较，进而得出造成 本轮通胀的一个较为重要的原因。同时针对这些分析的结果，本文也给出了相应 的政策上的治理对策，希望能够为将来相关研究以及政策实践的过程中起到一定 的参考作用。 关键词：通货膨胀 国内因素 国外因素 Abstract Abstract Inflation is the eternal topic in Economic filed. Even to now there are still many economists who are researching this. Now our country is facing a large-scale inflation which brought huge negative influences to people’s life, companies’ productions and social stability. Inflation is the phenomenon caused by the excessive issue of currency that exceeds the required amount in circulating, resulting in continuous deprecation of the currency and constant increase of the price of common goods. Inflation is a universal phenomenon and it matters the stability of people’s life and the development of the economy. Because inflation has the characters of universality, infusibility and complicity, its influence reaches every individual in economy life. China is now faced with a ground of comparatively fast increase in price level. Many researchers have studied the cause of inflation of this turn but there is no united conclusion. This article centers on the analyses of the differences between the latest inflation and the former ones and the prospect of current one, and comes to the conclusion that the home and abroad causes of China’s current inflation vary, including inflationary expectations, liquidity excesses, the economy-developing structure and the pressure transmitted by the international inflation.
