第第 PAGE IV 页 THE VERIFICATION METHODS STUDYING AND VERIFICATION DEVICE DESIGN OF NON-DESTRUTIVE FLAW DETECTOR ABSTRACT Flaw detector is indispensable to flight guarantee in every navy airport， and its performance directly influence the flight safety and task finishing.Nowdays，so many types of flaw detector are equipped in airports and so it’s a stubborn problem to keep flaw detector’ performance stabilization.Due to the speciality of flaw detector，we lack a verificating and maintaining method to it.In view of speciality of national defense metrology， we particularly study the verification method and designing of verification device on the basis of studying of Nondestructive Testing(NDT) knowledge.By way of continuous practice ， the verification device is improved. It includes theory studying and hardware design in this project.Corresponding verification methods are studied to different types of flaw detector and sensor module.There are two parts in hardware design，one is design of testing and transforming device by practice，the other is design of verifcation device with PXI modules to supply various testing signals.The testing and transforming device includes these parts:power supply，stimulus pulse supplying circuit,stimulus pulse amplifier circuit,former amplifier circuit，high frequency and broad band amplifier circuit,demodulation and video frequency amplifier citcuit，attenuator part.LabWindows/CVI software is our tool to develop verification and control program.Programs built with LabWindows/CVI are compact，high efficient，high reliable，flexible，and easy to connect database to supply testing data disposing.The PXI modules include:PXI-1044 AC power supplies，14 slots and 3U box，PXI-5152 digital module，PXI-4072 digital multimeter module，PXI-5422 function signal generator module，PXI-5660 RF signal analyser modult，PXI-8351 zero slot controller module ， PXI-6115 multi-function DAQ module ， PXI-4461 dual-channel DAQ module，PXI-2593 matrix module and s
