In China, rurual urbanization doesn’t follow what the path western countries had experienced, namely”industriliztion first, then urbanizatio and finally agriculture modernization”. Instead, we adopt urbanization first, and then promote urbanization and agricultrue modernization synchronously.In china, there is a super large population with limited land, and the average land per capita is less than 10 acres, which determined that only by promoting land transfer can agricultre machines and modern agriculture technology be adopted extensively, thus leading to agriculture modernization and urbanization. Study the significance and impact of rurual land tansfer in the process of urbanization can help master laws of land transfer and resolve problems constraining land transfer, which are significant to facilitate agriculture modernization and urbanization.In this regard, research on rurual land transfer will not only bring out theoretical significance but also realistic value. At present, theoretical research about land transfer mainly focus on factors influencing land transfer and transfer modes, there are few research focus on land transfer from the urbanization aspect. Paralellization of urbanization and agriculture modernization in China resulted in close relationsip between land transfer and urbanization. This paper explores the feasiblity of rurual land transfer and on which facotrs exerting impacts during the transfer process based on analysis of correlation between urbanization and land transfer, and results show that China has been ready for large-scale and centralizaed land transfer.In the process of rurual urbanization, there are two main modes of land transfer, namely distributed mode and centralized mode.
