潍坊市生态农业产业化发展研究 摘 要 目前，我国农业发展面临着环境和资源等诸多因素的挑战，如土地荒漠化、环境 污染、生物多样性丧失、气候变化等弊端开始显现。经过多年发展，潍坊市已成为全 国重要的蔬菜、畜禽生产加工和出口基地，但农业生产中化肥、农药、地膜的不合理 使用对生态环境的影响和破坏也同样存在，生态农业产业化发展中许多问题和不足不 容忽视，对潍坊市生态农业产业化发展的研究迫在眉睫。 本文结合国内外生态农业产业化的研究成果，以农业产业化发源地潍坊市为主要 研究对象，通过实证研究和典型案例分析，对潍坊市生态农业产业化发展现状进行了 分析评价，总结了经验启示，分析了制约因素，提出了潍坊市生态农业产业化发展的 对策建议。本文的主要结论是：2006 年以来，潍坊市通过实施生态农业产业化，实 现了农业增产、农民增收的互促双赢，走在了全国前列，在全国具有很强的引领和示 范效应，但仍然存在总体规划不详尽、农业生态环境污染严重、农业产业化水平偏低、 农业技术体系建设不完善、农田水利建设水平不高、农业金融体系不完善、农业从业 人员整体素质不高等制约因素，需要进一步营造社会环境、政策环境、生态环境，把 握规划布局、产业化模式、投入体系三个关键环节，在技术研究与应用、发展循环农 业、健全标准化体系、实施品牌战略、提升产业层次、流通和服务体系建设等方面完 善推进措施，进一步提升潍坊市生态农业标准化、规模化、产业化水平，实现经济效 益、生态效益、社会效益的共同提高。 关键词： 生态农业；产业化；制约因素；对策建议 Research on Industrial Development of Ecological Agriculture of Weifang City Abstract At present, Chinas agricultural development is faced with the challenges of the environment and resources and many other factors, such as desertification, environmental pollution, loss of biodiversity, climate change and other defects.
