山东财经大 山东财经大学硕士学位论文 1 1 摘要 目前我国文化产业集群的发展存在着地区发展不平衡、规模不大、竞争力不 强等问题，探寻文化产业集群发展的动力机制，在日益复杂多变及竞争激烈的国 际市场中提升国家的文化软实力，成为当今我国社会经济发展面临的一项重要课 题。本文采用系统分析法、模型分析法和实证分析法相结合，从已有文献对文化 产业集群发展动力机制的分析出发，从内外两个层次，从动力因素、各因素之间 的关联机制和动力原理三个方面进行了系统研究。 本文研究和阐述的对象是文化产业集群发展的动力机制，全文从内在、外在 机制两个方面出发，提出了内在动力因素的外部经济效应、产业价值链、以及文 化存量推动；外在动力因素的政府驱动、人才集聚、外部竞争推动和创新驱动， 并提出了文化产业集群发展的协调竞争机制、学习创新机制和支撑保障机制。 结合文化产业集群发展的动力机制的逻辑分析框架，从柯布--道格拉斯生产 函数出发，借鉴索罗的经济增长模型，构建了文化产业集群发展的动力机制模型， 分析了各因素对文化产业集群发展影响效应。另外，提出人才集聚对文化产业集 群发展的水平效应和增长效应。 关于山东文化产业集群发展的动力机制，着重从内外在动力因素方面进行了 相应分析，并根据山东的实际情况及相关数据采用因子分析法和回归分析法，对 影响山东文化产业集群发展的动力因素进行了剖析和检验，通过分析得出，创新 推动、人才集聚和产业价值链的推动在我省文化产业集群发展的过程中起到了重 要的作用。 在对策部分，针对山东文化产业集群发展的实际，提出相应的意见和对策。 企业应在创意推动的基础上着重立足于齐鲁文化的优势和特色，注重产业价值链 的扩展，推动集群文化产业品牌的建立；政府应在资金、政策、人才等方面的支 持上下大工夫，同时加强和促进国际间的文化产业交流和合作；各地民间资本也 应逐步加大的文化产业集群的支持，促进其合理常态市场化发展。 关键字：文化产业集群 协调竞争机制 学习创新机制 支撑保障机制 山东财经大 山东财经大学硕士学位论文 Abs Abstract 1 1 2 2 Abstract The development of Chinas cultural industry clusters exist the problems such as uneven regional development, small scale, less competitive, and other issues. It has become an important issue that exploring the dynamic mechanism of the cultural development of industrial clusters in the increasingly complex and competitive international market and enhancing the countrys cultural soft strength. Therefore, starting from the analysis of the existing literature on the dynamic mechanism of the cultural development of industrial clusters, we carry out the dynamic mechanism of the cultural development of industrial clusters from both internal and external levels, system analysis, model analysis and empirical analysis of the combination methods, and the dynamic factors, the associated mechanisms and dynamics of the principle aspects to correlation analysis.
