I I 网络问答平台的四种科学传播模式研究 摘 要 网络问答平台差异化发展造成各个平台之间千差万别。平台在进行科 学传播的时候自然也呈现出不同的形式和特征。网络问答平台的科学传播 模式是什么，有何特点，功能上有何种倾向，如何更好地服务于科学传播， 这些就是本文研究的重点。 从便利研究的角度出发，网络问答平台被分成四类：搜索引擎型、文 献整合型、社交网络型和实名社区型。其中，搜索引擎型对应中心型传播 模式，传播范围广但不深入，用户互动差；文献整合型对应多中心型传播 模式，信息反馈精准但用户关系松散；社交网络型对应集群型传播模式， 用户交互密集但精力分散；实名社区型对应逐级型传播模式，用户交流集 约但平台封闭。这些传播模式在传播功能上也都有倾向。中心型偏向唤起 用户科学意识；多中心型偏向满足用户求知的愉悦；集群型偏向引发用户 兴趣；而逐级型则偏向影响用户观点。 然而受到平台客观条件限制和用户主观需求的制约，网络问答平台的 科学传播层次还比较低，难以完全达到有反思的科学传播阶段，只能作为 科学传播主流渠道之外的一个补充。我们要正确认识网络问答平台的科学 传播实践，把握其科学传播的出发点和归宿，让其更好地服务于科学传播。 关键词：网络问答平台 科学传播 信息结构 传播模式 II II A STUDY ON FOUR KINDS OF SCIENTIFIC MODE OF PROPAGATION ABOUT NETWORK PLATFORM OF INTERLOCUTION ABASTRACT Discrepant development of network platform of interlocution cause the differences of various platform in thousands ways. What’s more, the platform present different forms and features when it goes to scientific propagation. What is the scientific mode of propagation, the features and the trend of function of network platform of interlocution? And how to make it serve the scientific propagation better? All of these are the key points of study in this thesis. From the point of view of convenient study, network platform of interlocution can be divided into four types: the type of search engine,the type of document integration,the type of social networks and the type of real-name community. Among them, the type of search engine matches along with the mode of propagation of central type. Its range of propagation is wide but not in depth. So the interaction with users is poor. the type of document integration matches along with the mode of propagation of multicentral type. Its feedback is accurate while the user relations is incompact.The type of social networks matches along with mode of propagation of group type. Its users interact frequently but the attention is distracted. The type of real-name community matches along with mode of propagation of stepwise type.
