摘要 摘 要 2001 年交通部颁布实施《职业汽车驾驶员适宜性检测评价方法》（JT/T422-2001）。 从实施情况看，该标准为企业选聘考核驾驶员提供了一定的参考依据，但仍然存在以下 问题：检测指标不够完整；评价指标值、评价方法科学性存在不足；检测数据稳定性有 待进一步改进。本论文正是借助课题《营运车辆驾驶人检测甄别检测系统及系列检测装 置》进行了相关内容的研究。 驾驶适宜性理论研究工作在我国已经开展了近三十年，主要进行了驾驶特性、事故 倾向性、驾驶疲劳特性等方面的研究。系统综合的针对我国营运车辆驾驶人的驾驶适宜 性研究工作很少。营运车辆驾驶人适宜性与否关乎营运车辆运输安全和社会公众的生命 财产安全，进行营运车辆驾驶人适宜性检测，可以优化驾驶人群体，并为职业驾驶人安 全培训管理起到一定的促进作用。 本论文在介绍国内外驾驶适宜性研究现状的基础上，研究了影响营运车辆驾驶人安 全驾驶的心理、生理因素及营运车辆驾驶人职业特点，构建了营运车辆驾驶人适宜性甄 别评价指标体系。结合交通心理学原理，选取 5167 名营运车辆驾驶人样本进行检测， 调查统计其近 3 年来的驾驶行为与交通事故，进行了相关性分析，综合运用独立两样本 t 检验、单因素方差分析、K-均值聚类和因子分析等的数学模型研究确定了营运车辆驾 驶人适宜性检测指标的阈值及权重，并建立了营运车辆驾驶人适宜性多元甄别模型；优 化营运车辆驾驶人适宜性表征参数，确定了营运车辆驾驶人适宜性参数检测评价方法。 最后在四省市选取 853 名驾驶人进行了不同目的的示范应用过程，分别验证了检测指标 甄别事故多发人员的有效性、检测数据的可重复性、阈值划分的有效性以及单项检测评 价指标和综合评价方法的可行性。 关键词：营运车辆；驾驶人；驾驶适宜性；评价指标 i Abstr Abstract Issued by the ministry of communications in 2001, the implementation of the professional car driver suitability test and evaluation method (JT/T422-2001).
