Mock Exams Class Work
Compulsory – EC402, EC411, EC413
Winter Mocks: Week 9, MT
Summer Mocks: Week 1, ST
One piece of homework will be collected in each course, in MT and LT
Student Performance Management
Students are required to attend all classes – attendance will be taken in accordance with school policy
Students with less than 50% on EC400 or Mock Exams will be required to attend surgeries
Students with less than 40% will be required to meet with a faculty member for review
Students will submit a piece of formative course work in each course, each term
Surgeries
The department provides weekly surgeries for students wishing extra assistance on the mathematical and statistical concepts underpinning the programme
These are NOT to discuss homework questions
Details will be confirmed via email and Moodle by Week 4

This year we are piloting a new scheme for MSc Economics groups based around option courses
Groups will meet with their lecturers once or twice a term for an extracurricular event: lectures, socials etc.
