5M1E分析法在检测实验室中实际应用 　　摘要： 借鉴质量管理中的“人、机、料、法、测、环”（5M1E）因果分析管理方法，在分析实验室运行过程中诸要素的作用及其相互关系基础上，提出了在检测实验室质量管理体系实际运行中通过重点关注“5M1E”各因素并加以有效控制，从而达到提高检测工作的质量。 　　Abstract： Referring to the causal method of Man， Machine， Material， Method Measurement and Environment（5M1E） in quality management， and based on the analysis of the function of the components and their relationship， it is proposed to pay attention to 5M1E and carry out effective control of the factors in the practical operation of the testing lab quality management system so as to improve the quality of the testing work. 　　关键词： 5M1E；质量管理体系；检测质量
