80例乳晕切口行乳腺手术临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 分析经乳晕切口行乳腺手术治疗乳腺疾病临床疗效。方法 方便选取从2013年8月―2015年8月在徐州市第一人民医院收治的120例乳腺良性疾病患者，按照患者自愿原则分为对照组（40例）与观察组（80例），对照组采取传统放射状切口，观察组经乳晕切口行乳腺手术，对比观察两组患者病变组织残留率、伤口积液以及在患者出院前调查其对手术的满意度、生活质量评价对比。结果 观察组满意度、术后伤口积液发生率分别为97.50%、3.75%，对照组分别为82.50%、10.00%，观察组满意度高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组术后伤口积液发生率低于对照组（P0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组患者的SAS评分均降低明显，FACT评分中PWB、SWB、EWB、FWB评分均增加明显，差异具统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对乳腺疾病采取经乳晕切口行乳腺手术，安全有效，可较好的改善生活质量，患者满意度高，具有临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 乳晕切口；乳腺疾病；临床疗效；乳腺手术 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（b）-0010-03 　　Effect Observation of 80 Patients with Breast Surgery Through Areola Incision 　　FENG Ying 　　The first peoples hospital of xuzhou city a milk，Xuzhou，Jiangsu Province，221000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of breast surgery through areola incision. Methods Convenient selection 80 patients with breast disease admitted in Xuzhou First People’s Hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as subjects and They were divided into the research group （n=40） and the control group （n=40） according to the principle of volunlariness in patients.
