131I治疗后Graves病突眼与甲亢病情转归的临床关联研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨131I治疗后Graves病突眼与甲亢病情转归的临床关联。方法 整群选取2012年1月―2014年12月在该院行131I治疗的Graves病患者137例，根据是否并发突眼分为突眼组（55例）和无突眼组（82例），分析两组患者治疗后的突眼与甲亢病情的转归情况。结果 突眼组甲亢治疗总有效率67.27%，显著低于无突眼组84.15%（P0.05）；突眼治疗总有效率72.73%；突眼组37例甲亢治疗有效者中，突眼治疗总有效率83.78%；突眼组患者TRAb阳性率81.82%；无突眼组TRAb阳性率57.32%；两组之间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论131I是治疗Graves病甲亢合并突眼患者的有效措施，突眼治疗效果与甲亢病情转归具有非常密切的关系。 　　[关键词] 131I治疗；Graves病；突眼；甲亢；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R581.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（b）-0005-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the Graves disease exophthalmos and hyperthyroidism after 131 I treatment outcome of clinical relevance. Methods 137 cases with Graves disease treated by 131I in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and divided into exophthalmos group（55 cases） and non-exophthalmos group（82 cases）. And the outcome of exophthalmos and hyperthyroidism of the two groups after treatment was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of hyperthyroidism of exophthalmus group was significantly lower than that of non-exophthalmos group（67.27% vs 84.15%）（P0.05）. The total effective rate of exophthalmus was 72.73%； Exophthalmus group of 37 cases of hyperthyroidism therapy effectively， eye treatment of total effective rate was 83.78%. The TRAb positive rate of exophthalmus group was much higher than that of the non-exophthalmus group （81.82% vs 57.32%）， there was significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion 131I treatment is effective for exophthalmos due to Graves disease， eye treatment effect with hyperthyroidism disease outcome has a very close relationship. 　　[Key words] 131I treatment； Graves disease； Exophthalmos； Hyperthyroidism； Curative effect 　　Graves病（GD）一般指弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢），Graves眼病（GO）是一种与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病密切相关的器官特异性自身免疫性疾病[1]，是GD特异而又难治的并发症之一，以损伤提上睑肌和眼外肌为主，常见临床表现为眼睑退缩、眼球突出、复视、眼球运动受限以及角膜受累等，对视力及外貌造成严重的影响[2]。该研究整群选取2012年1月―2014年12月在该院行131I治疗的GD患者137例，旨在探讨131I治疗后GD并发突眼与甲亢病情转归的临床关联，为临床治疗提供数据支持，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　整群选取2012年1月―2014年12月在该院
