Barthel指数评定量表在急性脑梗塞康复护理中应用效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探索康复护理在急性脑梗塞患者中的临床意义以及Barthel指数评定量表利用价值性。 方法 该次实验对象为急性脑梗塞60例患者（在宜兴市中医医院2015年1月―2016年12月期间方便选取），随机分组（30例每组），观察组和对照组分别采用康复护理干预和常规护理干预，对比两组患者的下肢Fugl-Meyer评分、满意度、不良事件发生率、依从性、神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数评定量表。结果 观察组患者的依从性（100.00%）、满意度（96.67%）、不良事件发生率（3.33%）、护理后1周Barthel指数评定量表（58.65±2.72）分、护理后1个月Barthel指数评定量表（84.23±2.35）分、护理后1周下肢Fugl-Meyer评分（24.15±2.64）分、护理后1个月下肢Fugl-Meyer评分（31.75±1.27）分、神经功能缺损评分（11.74±0.56）分均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 Barthel指数评定量表在急性脑梗塞康复护理中能够发挥显著效果。 　　[关键词] Barthel指数评定量表；急性脑梗塞；康复；护理 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（c）-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical significance of rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the value of Barthel index. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2015 to December 2016 in this hospital were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group， with 30 cases in each group. The observation group adopted rehabilitation nursing care and the control group adopted normal nursing care. The scores of Fugl-Meyer， satisfaction degree， incidence of adverse events， compliance， neurological deficit score， Barthel index rating scale were compared between the two groups. Results The adherence of the observation group was 100.00%， satisfaction degree was 96.67%， the incidence of adverse events was 3.33%， the Barthel index rating scale was（58.65±2.72）points after one week’s treatment， the Barthel index was （84.23±2.35）points after one month treatment， the Fugl-Meyer score was（24.15±2.64）points after one week treatment， the lower limb Fugl-Meyer score was（31.75±1.27）points after one month treatment， the neurological deficit score was （11.74±0.56）points， better than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion The Barthel index scale can play a significant role in rehabilitation care of acute cerebral infarction. 　　[Key words] Barthel index rating scale； Acute cerebral infa
