ApoC―Ⅲ启动子C―482T和T―455C单核苷酸多态性与2型糖尿病相关性探析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析探究2型糖尿病与ApoC-Ⅲ启动子C-482T和T-455C单核苷酸多态性的相关性。方法：选择2012年9月-2014年9月在本院接受治疗的50例2型糖尿病患者作为试验组，并选取同期50例接受健康体检的正常人作为对照组，分别检测两组ApoC-Ⅲ启动子C-482T和T-455C单核苷酸多态性，对比分析两组C-482T、T-455C基因型与等位基因之间的频率情况及T-455C与C-482T各基因型间ApoC-Ⅲ的浓度情况。结果：两组C-482T、T-455C等位基因C含量与T含量比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组T-455C与C-482T各基因型的ApoC-Ⅲ浓度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。对照组-482TT基因型的ApoC-Ⅲ浓度高于其-482CT基因型的ApoC-Ⅲ浓度，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：2型糖尿病的发病与ApoC-Ⅲ启动子C-482T和T-455C单核苷酸多态性之间并不存在相关性，但健康人体内的C-482T多态性与其血清ApoC-Ⅲ水平的变化之间存在一定的联系。 　　【关键词】 ApoC-Ⅲ启动子C-482T； T-455C单核苷酸多态性； 2型糖尿病 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and explore the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms of ApoC-Ⅲ promoter C-482T，T-455C and type 2 diabetes.Method：50 patients with type 2 diabetes who accepted treatment in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the test group，50 health people who accepted health examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNPs） of C-482T and T-455C of the two groups were detected.The frequency of genotype and allele of C-482T and T-455C in the two groups，the concentration of ApoC-Ⅲ in different genotypes of C-482T and T-455C were analyzed and compared.Result：The differences in the content of C，T in C-482T and T-455C of the two groups were not statistically significant（P0.05）.The differences in concentrations of ApoC-Ⅲ in different genotypes of C-482T and T-455C of the two groups were not statistically significant（P0.05）.In the control group，the concentration of ApoC-Ⅲ in genotype of -482TT was higher than that in genotype of -482CT，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is no relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms of ApoC-Ⅲ promoter C-482T，T-455C and type 2 diabetes.But in the health people，the polymorphism of C-482T has a relationship with the level of serum ApoC-Ⅲ. 　　【Key words】 ApoC-Ⅲ promoter C-482T； Single nucleotide polymorphism of T-455C； Type
