ABCG2在口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达及临床病理意义 　　【摘要】目的 研究肿瘤耐药相关基因三磷酸腺苷结合转运蛋白G超家族成员（ABCG2）在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测口腔鳞状细胞癌组织76例及正常粘膜组织30例，观察肿瘤耐药相关基因ABCG2的表达，同时回顾性研究了这些表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌发生、浸润及转移等临床病理学参数的关系。结果 （1）口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中，ABCG2的表达阳性率为80.26％。30例正常粘膜组织中，表达率为50%。差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。（2）口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中，ABCG2在不同临床分期、有或无淋巴结转移组之间阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论ABCG2在肿瘤的多药耐药中起一定的作用。检测ABCG2的表达对口腔鳞癌化疗方案的制定、判断预后有重要的指导意义。 　　【关键词】口腔鳞状细胞癌 三磷酸腺苷结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2 　　中图分类号：R739.8 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1005-0515（2011）6-059-02 　　The Expression of ABCG2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and their clinical Pathology Significance 　　Zhao Lingbing1 Zhang Li2 Li Xiaomei3 Wang Ye3 Pu Hongwei3 　　（1. Methods Envision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions ofABCG2 in 76 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and in 30 cases of normal tissues, and to analyse the relationship between them and different clinical pathological factors. Results (1) The positive frequency of ABCG2 in oral carcinoma tissues is 80.26％，the positive frequency of them in normal tissues is 50%. The differences have statistically significant (P0.05). (2)In different clinical stages and with or without lymph node metastasis of oral carcinoma the positive frequency of ABCG2 protein have statistically significant (P0.05).
