CT引导下射频消融联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨CT引导下射频消融联合同步放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：选择本院2014年9月-2015年1月收治的80例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，对照组40例，研究组40例，对照组行传统同步放化疗治疗，研究组行CT引导下射频消融联合同步放化疗治疗，对两组患者治疗结果进行分析。结果：两组患者治疗前KPS评分无明显差（P0.05），经治疗后，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者治疗3个月后复查CT，有效率显著高于对照组（P0.05），CT影像显示肺内肿瘤体积明显缩小甚至消失。结论：CT引导下射频消融联合同步放化疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行治疗，能有效消除肿瘤，效果显著，有利于患者远期预后，值得临床进一步推广使用。 　　【关键词】 CT引导下射频消融； 同步放化疗； 晚期非小细胞肺癌 　　The Clinical Observation on the Treatment for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Concurrent Radiochemotherapy Combined with Radiofrequency Ablation Guided by CT/ZHENG Qiao-cong，ZHANG Qi-hong，AO Yong-xi，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（16）：078-080 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To probe into the clinical effects of the treatment for non-small cell lung cancer with chemoradiation combined with radiofrequency ablation guided by CT.Method：80 patients who suffered from the non-small cell lung cancer and who accepted treatments in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2015 were taken as the research objects，and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 40 patients in each group.In the control group，they were treated with the traditional method of concurrent radiochemotherapy，while the observation group were treated with the chemoradiation combined with radiofrequency ablation guided by CT.Then，the treatment effects of these two groups of patients were analyzed.Result：Before the treatments，the KPS score of these two groups of patients did not have evident difference（P0.05）.However，after the treatments，the observation group was evidently better than the control group and the differences had the statistical significance （P0.05）.In addition，according to the result of the check with CT three months later，the efficiency rate in the observation group was evidently higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment for non-small cell lung cancer with chemoradiation combined with radiofrequ
