CRP与心肌肌钙蛋白I在心力衰竭诊断中意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨CRP与心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）在慢性心力衰竭临床诊断中的意义。 方法 选取2011年9月～2013年11月在本院进行诊治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为观察组，同期选取在本院进行体检的健康人80例作为对照组，两组都进行CRP与cTnI的检测与判断。 结果 观察组的CRP、cTnI水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的CRP、cTnI阳性率分别为70.0%、77.5%，明显高于对照组的3.8%、5.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 CRP与cTnI在临床上对慢性心力衰竭的诊断有很好的价值，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] C-反应蛋白；心肌肌钙蛋白I；慢性心力衰竭；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R541.6[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0050-02 　　 　　The significance of CRP and cardiac troponin I in the diagnosis of heart failure 　　LIANG Chun-ling 　　Department of Laboratory,Changchun Eighty-One Hospital,Changchun 130061,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical significance of CRP and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure from September 2011 to November 2013 in our hospital were selected as observation group,the same period in our hospital for medical examination of 80 cases of healthy people were selected as control group,the serum CRP and cTnI in two groups was detected respectively. Results The level of CRP and cTnI in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05).The positive rate of CRP and cTnI in observation group was 70.0% and 77.5% respectively,significantly higher than that in control group(3.8%,5.0%),with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion CRP and cTnI in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure in clinic has better value,which is worthy of promotion and application. 　　[Key words] C-reactive protein;Cardiac troponin I;Chronic heart failure;Diagnosis 　　在心血管疾病中，慢性心力衰竭是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一[1]，是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病引发心室充盈及（或）射血能力受损而导致的一组综合征，发病比较急，病死率也比较高[2]。慢性心力衰竭的主要表现为呼吸障碍和无力而致体力活动受限和水肿，有的也伴随有肺循环和（或）体循环淤血，导致严重的预后，为此需要进行早期诊断与干预，对于降低潜在病死率及延缓病理生理病程进展具有非常重要的意义[3-4]。C-反应蛋白（C-reactive protein，CRP）作为一种心脏标志物，是一种急性时相反应蛋白，当前其作为评估各种疾病导致心肌损伤的指标日益显示了重要的临床应用价值[5]。心肌肌钙蛋白I（cardiac troponin I，cTnI）已经被定为诊断心肌梗死和心肌损伤的金标准[6]。本文主要探讨CRP与cTnI在心血管疾病诊断中的意义。 　　1 资料与方法
