COOK宫颈球囊在GDM患者中促宫颈成熟及引产效果临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：比较COOK宫颈球囊和催产素用于足月妊娠期糖尿病孕妇促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果。方法：选取60例符合引产指征的妊娠期糖尿病产妇按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组30例，分别采用COOK宫颈扩张球囊和催产素促宫颈成熟及引产，比较两组产妇促宫颈成熟效果、分娩情况、血糖水平、产后出血情况及新生儿状况。结果：试验组产妇用药后宫颈评分、引产成功率均显著高于对照组，诱发临产时间、第一产程显著低于对照组产妇，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：COOK宫颈球囊在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中促宫颈成熟及引产效果显著优于直接催产素引产，提高患者阴道分娩信心，降低剖宫产率，且不影响患者血糖，不增加母儿并发症。 　　【关键词】 COOK宫颈球囊； 妊娠期糖尿病； 催产素； 促宫颈成熟； 引产 　　中图分类号 R713.4 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）20-0010-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Cook Cervical Dilation Balloon for Cervical Ripening and Labor Induction in Full-term Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus/LI Yan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（20）：10-12 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effectiveness of Cook cervical dilation balloon for cervical ripening and labor induction in full-term Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.Method：60 patients with GDM were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.The treatment group with 30 cases were received COOK cervical dilation balloon for promoting cervical ripening treatment，and the control group with 30 cases received oxytocin for promoting cervical ripening treatment and induced abortion.Then cervical Bishop score，blood glucose changes ，induced abortion results and adverse reaction were observed in the two groups.Result：There were significant differences in Cervical Bishop score，successful cases of induced abortion，time from medicine to in labor and the first stage of labor in the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Cook cervical dilation balloon is much better than oxytocin for cervical ripening and labor induction without increasing any complications in full-term Pregnant women with GDM. 　　【Key words】 COOK cervical dilation balloon； GDM； Oxytocin； Cervical ripening； Induced abortion 　　First-author’s address：The Women and Children Hospital of Chengdu，Chengdu 610091，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.20.005 　　随着生活水平提高及饮食习惯的改变，生育年龄后移，及妊娠期糖尿病诊断标准的更新，妊娠期糖尿病的发病率已明显升高，美国糖尿病
