Helioseal F,窝沟封闭剂在612岁儿童第一恒磨牙早期窝沟中临床应用 　　[摘要]目的：评价Helioseal F，窝沟封闭剂在6～12岁儿童第一恒磨牙早期牙合面窝沟龋中的临床应用。方法：收集临床初诊6～12岁替牙期儿童第一恒磨牙病例 252例，采用自身双侧对照。实验组126例应用Helioseal F，窝沟封闭剂结合预防树脂充填术治疗；对照组126例仅用复合树脂简单充填，随防1～3年，对两组继发龋病发生率进行对比分析。结果：经过3年随防，实验组继发龋病发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；Helioseal F，窝沟封闭剂3年完全保留率、部分保留率、全部脱落率、分别为77.23%、12.20%、10.57%；封闭剂保留率与龋病发生率成负相关。结论：Helioseal F，窝沟封闭剂结合预防性树脂充填术可有效防治6～12岁儿童第一恒磨牙早期牙合面窝沟龋。 　　[关键词]Helioseal F，窝沟封闭剂；6～12岁儿童；窝沟龋 　　[中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2011）07-1152-02 　　 　　Clinical applications of Helioseal F pit and fissure sealant on permanent first Molars Pit-and-fissure Caries of6-12-year-old Children 　　LEI Zhi-hong,REN Hui 　　 (Department of Stomatology,The Second Affiliated Hospital,Hebei North University,Xuanhua 075100,Hebei,China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical applications of Helioseal F pit and fissure sealant on permanent first Molars early occlusal surface Pit - and-fissure Caries of 6-12-year-old children.MethodsTwo hundred and fifty-two permanent first molars of 6-12-year-old children of mixed dentition in first clinical consultation were enrolled into the study and divided into two groups equally and randomly.The experimental group was treated by filling with Helioseal F pit and fissure sealant combined with preventive resin restoration,while the matched group was just filled with composite resin. After they were followed up for 1～3 years,compare and analyze the incidence rate of secondary caries between them. Results After 3 years，the incidence rate of secondary caries in the experimental group is obviously lower than that in the matched group(P＞0.05).The complete retention rate、partial retention rate and the losing rate of Helioseal F pit and fissure sealant in 3 years are respectively:77.23% 12.20%、and10.57%.The retention rate of sealant showed negative correlation with the incidence rateof caries.Conclusion Helioseal F pit and fissure sealant combined with preventive resin restoration can effectively prevent and cur
