水泥混泥土路面填缝材料的研究
摘 要:对国内水泥混凝土路面填缝材料的现状做了详细的阐述,对相继出现的焦油型聚氨酯、聚氨酯、有机硅、有机硅改性聚氨酯等填缝胶的各种性能做了系统的比较。通过综合比较,确认有机硅改性聚氨酯是比较适合中国公路情况的填缝材料。

引言
聚氨酯填缝料耐磨性、低温柔软性、粘结性、耐油性等性能优良,且其常温流动性能比较好,施工工艺简单,得到迅速发展 ,但是由于其防老化性较差(使用年限为2—3年) ,严重地制约了水泥混凝土路面的质量和使用寿命。制备了一种有机硅改性聚氨酯填缝料,并对填缝料的各项性能进行测试,对填缝料进行耐久性研究,取得了良好的效果。 为了防止热胀冷缩造成水泥混凝土路面的开裂,水泥混凝土路面在施工时会留下路面缝隙,这些缝隙必须用一些弹性好的材料进行充填以保证水泥混凝土路面行车的舒适性和防止雨水冲刷,避免汽车碾压造成的路面缝
