To learn some knowledge about Culture. 教学反思 成功之处：已经50%的同学能够上课举手发言并声音也能比前几天更大。 不足之处：本节课音标书写仍然不够规范。 改进措施： 严格要求书写工整并积极调动学生上课的积极性。
