A型肉毒毒素在面部瘢痕修复术后的临床应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 探讨A型肉毒毒素在面部瘢痕修复术后的应用价值。方法 选取2015年3月～2017年3月接受面部瘢痕修复术治疗的患者90例为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组45例，观察组45例。对照组术后切口涂贝复新凝胶后包扎，观察组患者术毕注射A型肉毒毒素。观察两组的瘢痕修复情况、患者满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者治疗前的VSS、SBSES评分差异无统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，观察组的上述评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 面部瘢痕修复术后注射A型肉毒毒素，可有效增强修复效果，提高患者的满意度，安全性高，值得推广。 　　[关键词]面部瘢痕；修复术；A型肉毒毒素 　　[中图分类号] R622 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（a）-0041-03 　　Clinical application value of Botulinum Toxin Type A after repair operation of facial scar 　　LIU Yang 　　Department of Cosmetic Surgery，Yimei′er Medical Beauty Hospital Limited Company of Shenyang，Liaoning Province，Shenyang 110000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application values of Botulinum Toxin Type A after repair operation of facial scar.Methods Ninety patients received the repair operation of facial scar from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects，and they were divided into the control group of 45 cases and the observation group of 45 cases according to the random number table method.The control group of incision were painted the Beifuxin Gel then given dressing，while the observation group were injected the Botulinum Toxin Type A after operation.The scar repair，satisfaction degree of patients and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in VSS and SBSES score between the two groups before treatment （P0.05）.After the treatment，the above-mentioned score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The injection of Botulinum Toxin Type A for repair of facial scar can effectively enhance the repair effect，improve the satisfaction degree of patients，and the safety is high，thus it is worth promoting. 　　[Key words]Facial scar；Repair operation；Botulinum Toxin Type A 　　面部在受到外??、烧伤等损害后，会遗留不同程度的瘢痕，对外形美观有较大影响。瘢痕修补术是治疗面部瘢痕重要手段，对改善面部外观有确切的效果[1]。但研究发现[2]，面部瘢痕修复术后，切口瘢痕随时间延长可逐渐增宽、增生，影响远期预
