丁苯酞对脑小血管病患者认知功能、脑血流灌注的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 观察分析丁苯酞对脑小血管病患者认知功能及脑血流灌注的影响。 方法 方便选取2014年5月―2016年5月在该院与入组条件相符的60例脑小血管病患者依据随机分组法均分为3组，每组均为20例，疗程均为1个月。治疗前后均对全部患者实施蒙特利尔量表（MOCA）评分。B、C两组均随意择取10例在治疗前后实施64排螺旋CT灌注成像检验，并对灌注指数值进行测算，并对临床效果实施评价。 结果 58例患者最后均结束实验。MOCA 总分值改变：B组和C组经治疗MOCA分值（22.02±2.060）分及（21.53±1.960）分和治疗前（19.14±1.720）分及（19.10±1.796）分比?^显著改进（P0.05）；C组通过治疗于语言、注意力和计算力、视空间和执行力、延迟记忆力和抽象评分的改变具有可比性（P0.05）。结论 应用丁苯酞能够改进脑小血管病患者的意识，而且还能有效增强局部脑灌注量，其治疗效果并不比尼莫地平片低，而且没有发现不良情况。 　　[关键词] 丁苯酞软胶囊；脑小血管病；认知功能；CT 灌注成像 　　[中图分类号] R71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（b）-0130-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the effect of butyphthalide on the cognitive function and brain perfusion of patients with cerebral small vascular disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral small vascular diseases in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into three groups with 20 cases in each， the treatment course was 1 month， and all patients were scored by the MOCA， and 10 cases and 10 cases in the group B and in the group C were randomly selected for 64 spiral CT perfusion imaging test， and the perfusion index value was calculated， and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results 58 cases had finished experiments finally， total MOCA value changes： the MOCA scores in the group B and in the group C after treatment were obviously improved compared with those before treatment，[（22.02±2.060）points，（21.53±1.960）points， vs （19.14±1.720）points，（19.10±1.796）points]（P0.05）， and the differences in the language， attention， calculation， visual space， execution， delaying the memory and changes of abstract scores were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of butyphthalide can improve the awareness of patients with？cerebral small vascular disease， effectively enhance the local brain perfusion amount， and the treatment effect is not lower than that of nimodipine tablets， and there are no adverse reactions. 　　[Key words] Butylphthalide soft cap
