摘要 随着建筑业市场经济地快速发展,建设项目工程施工管理越来越受到人们地重视,其管理水平地高低成为制约企业生存与发展地第一要素,而质量.进度.成本三大控制是最为重要地管理内容. 本文以江苏泰兴鑫泰大厦办公楼施工项目为实例,结合实际情况,对项目地各分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细设计.运用质量.进度.安全管理地基本理论知识,从项目管理者地角度出发,对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统地进度规划设计,使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析,并根据实际情况提出了具体地保证进度计划实施地措施；质量和安全方面,制定了严格地技术.组织措施,针对施工项目中常见问题.重点问题进行了规划,建立相应地管理组织机构,以保证质量与安全计划得以很好地实现. 关键词 施工项目管理；进度管理；质量管理；安全管理 Abstract With the rapid development of market economy in construction industry, construction project management is receiving more and more attention. Management level has become the key factor for construction company’s development and survivor. While, quality, time and cost management and control serves as the key elements. Combined with the real situation, this paper develops detailed plans for the construction of Xintai office building in TaiXing district, JiangSu. Knowledge of quality,safety,time control is applied in this paper to schedule the project from the start of the work to the final completion and delivery of the project from the perspective of project managers. Bar chart and net work planning are also conducted in this paper to develop and analyze the schedule of the project, detailed time assurance plans are carried out. In respect of quality and safety, I developed specific measures in accordance with the general and key problems in construction management, established management system to make sure that they can be well assured.
