三级护理质控网对新生儿重症监护室护理管理质量的影响分析 　　摘 要 目的：分析三级护理质控网对新生儿重症监护室护理管理质量的影响。方法：选取我院新生儿重症监护室实施三级护理质控网前后的患儿各165例。分析实施三级质控前护理不良事件发生的原因，实施三级质控后给予针对性的改善措施。观察实施前后的护理不良事件、护理管理质量及患儿家长的护理满意度。结果：实施三级护理质控网后护理不良事件明显减少，护理管理质量和患儿家长护理满意度明显提高（P0.05）。结论：三级护理质控网提高了护理管理质量和患儿家长的护理满意度，减少了护理不良事件的发生，具有一定的临床意义。 　　关键词 新生儿重症监护室 三级护理质控网 护理管理质量 　　中图分类号：R473.72 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1006-1533（2018）05-0051-02 　　Analysis of the effect of three level nursing quality control network on the quality of nursing management in neonatal intensive care unit 　　ZHAO Qiaoxia， WANG Ying， YANG Li 　　（Department of CSICU/TICU， Zhengzhou No. 7 People’s Hospital， Zhengzhou 450000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the effect of three level nursing quality control network on the quality of nursing management in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods： One hundred sixty-five cases each of children before and after the implementation of the three level nursing quality control network were selected and the incidence of the adverse events was analyzed before and after that implementation. The targeted improvement measures were given after that implementation and the poor nursing events， the quality of nursing management and the nursing satisfaction were observed. Results： After the implementation of the three level nursing quality control network， the adverse events of nursing care were obviously reduced and the quality of nursing management and the satisfaction of the parents were significantly improved （P0.05）.
